Family planning center

Recently moved to area and was trying to find a new practice to see me about a serious injury. Booked appointment and was told when I arrived Dr won't see you because I'm a new patient. Tried several times for a walk in and was ringing ahead to see if I could come in. Finally was told I could come in and within 2 minutes I had arrived (i live around the corner). The receptionist was incredibly rude and told me to she didn't know who told me that but no Dr could see me. I am always kind and courteous but the behaviour of the staff had me seeing red (did not lower myself to their level though and smiled and left). Worst medical centre experience I have had in my whole life and would recommend noone to go there.

Great medical centre. New, clean and fresh. No long wait times. Bulk billing. I see Dr Stevenson and she is terrific.

New to the area and was recommended Dr Jasmine D'Cruz by a friend. Couldn’t have been happier, Dr Jasmine D'Cruz really listens and understands you, extremely caring and knew exactly how to help me. Friendly reception, overall very happy

Disgusted...I'm a victim of domestic violence..seen dbc back in April.. they promised to help me escape dv but they have done nothing to help me..but they helped my ex make false claims against me...only heard from them on Monday 26th June...promised to ring back and haven't...I'm homeless I'm a casual at work..and casuals dont get paid if we dont work ive had no income now for nearly 4 weeks I got diagnosed with acute pancreitis and now a touch of pneumonia due to sleeping in a tent in a paddock...and still no word from dbc

So grateful I managed to book in for routine check ups. Elena as always was super thorough and patient. She is one in a million.

My wife and I consulted Dr D'Cruz this morning over a matter of some concern to us. As always, Jasmine gave the condition careful attention and on this occasion told us that it seemed not to be indicative of any major problem. This reassured us and we actually left the practice after the consultation feeling glad to be alive and joyous and grateful with the good lives that we lead.

The receptionist was extremely rude.why you book people in when there is no dr in the center?Other than that the nurse was very very helpful.Thank you to the nurse and dr this morning

I have been going to this clinic for approx. a year and a half now and have always been treated kindly and with patience by all the staff.There is parking right out the front, but it can get full quite quickly. However, there is usually a spot somewhere nearby if none are available right out the front. They can also get quite booked out, so they may not have same day appts. available, but this is to be expected for a clinic that bulk-bills while still maintaining a great service.Very grateful for the ongoing care of the whole team.

Called at the very last minute and the receptionist was extremely efficient and quick on the phone to get us onto the cancellation list. Thankfully an appointment became available! Very clean medical centre. The doctor we saw was very careful, and informative. Most importantly, it's bulk billed! Will be back for sure.

As a walk in patient , I didn’t have to wait to long, was disappointed that wax could not be removed from my ears which is causing infection at the practice, as normally done by Doctors clinics.Instead a referral was give to get it done by Ear Clean Clinic, which are not answering their Phone
